We are now able to offer wireless internet access to anyone using the building. An access code will be provided by asking at the office.

So why not bring your laptop along to your meeting here or when you drop in at one of our coffee mornings?

ROOM SPACE FOR HIRE

MAIN HALL/LOUNGE

Our ground floor MAIN HALL automatically inclues hire of the small kitchen, but the large kitchen can be hired in conjunction with it, at an extra charge. The MAIN HALL is our largest resource and has the following features:

A main, wooden-floored area, plus a carpeted lounge area to the side
Comfortable (mainly "high-seat") seating for approximately 80 people
12 rectangular tables to seat 6 - 8 people, which can easily be re-arranged to create facilities for various activities, large-scale administrative or board meetings etc
Television and video
Ramp entrance for wheelchairs
Piano and electric organ
Small curtained stage with amplification facilities
Public telephone
Snooker table
3 large stainless steel trollies and 2 small metal trollies

LARGE KITCHEN
For optional use in conjunction with booking for Main Hall/Lounge or for separate use, when available, by negotiation.

One of the best catering-standard kitchens for hire in the locality, which is maintained to comply with West Lindsey District Council Environmental Health and Food Hygiene regulations, which offers:

SMALL KITCHEN

Hire of the MAIN HALL, PEACH or the GOLD room automatically includes use of the small kitchen which is suitable for the serving of beverages and snacks.* It has:

Double electric hob
Microwave oven
Fridge
Sink
A range of cutlery and crockery, kettle etc

*Please note that hire of rooms whilst including small kitchen does NOT grant exclusive use i.e. it is for the shared use of all hirers.

PRICE IS INCLUDED IN HIRE OF ANY ROOM

PEACH LOUNGE

This is perhaps our most convenient room for a medium-sized meeting, where refreshments are to be served, as it adjoins the small kitchen by means of a serving hatch.

It is fully carpeted and has 18 "high-seat" chairs, coffee tables and a T.V. set.

It is a pleasant, well-lit room with views onto Gainsborough Old Hall.

GOLD LOUNGE

This room has seating for 12 people. Fully carpeted, it has views onto Gainsborough Old Hall and is separate from the other areas so enjoys a greater degree of privacy.
